C-RHS Ag Students Participate in SUNY Cobleskill High School Day

Nineteen C-RHS Agriculture students traveled to SUNY Cobleskill on Friday, October 2, to participate in High School Day alongside more than 1,000 students from across New York State.
Students from C-RCS and several neighboring school districts competed in a wide range of agriculture-related events, giving them the opportunity to put their knowledge and skills to work. Competitions covered areas including farming, dairy, equestrian, canine, wildlife, insects, heavy machinery, and more.
Beyond the competitions, students had the chance to explore the many programs and opportunities available at SUNY Cobleskill. They attended workshops covering topics such as biotechnology, dairy, fish, agricultural engineering, meat science, canines, and more.
The day also provided a great opportunity for C-RCS students to connect with former Bulldogs who are now attending SUNY Cobleskill.
A big thank you to Mrs. Fletcher and Mr. Carson for supporting our students throughout the day and helping make this experience possible!
The event gave C-RHS Agriculture students a chance to learn, compete, explore potential career paths, and experience the many opportunities available in the agriculture industry.
